What DueMATH is
DueMATH provides free, self-serve financial calculators. You use them at no cost and with no account. In exchange, please don't scrape the site, attempt to overwhelm the calculators or the AI explanation feature with automated requests, or represent our estimates as an official document from a state or federal tax authority.
This is not advice
DueMATH provides estimates for educational purposes only and is not tax, legal, or financial advice. Tax laws change frequently and every situation is different — confirm any number here with a licensed CPA, tax attorney, or your state's Department of Revenue before making a financial decision.
No attorney-client, accountant-client, or advisory relationship of any kind is created by using this site. See the Methodology page for exactly what each calculator's figures are and aren't verified against.
Educational Intent, Anti-Usury principles, and Non-Endorsement of Interest-Based Products
DueMATH is an educational estimation tool. It is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and using it does not create any advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship. Every figure DueMATH produces is an estimate for learning and planning purposes — confirm anything material with a licensed CPA, tax attorney, financial advisor, or the relevant lender or government agency before acting on it.
DueMATH's calculators are designed to help minimize interest by making total cost visible, not just the monthly payment. Where a calculator compares a debt or refinancing scenario, it is built to surface total interest, fees, penalties, tax impact, and debt payoff duration alongside — never instead of — the monthly-payment figure, so that a lower payment which increases total cost over time is shown as what it is, not styled as a saving. This design is informed by anti-usury principles — a general commitment to transparency, fair dealing, and avoiding exploitative or unnecessary interest — but it is a product design philosophy, not a religious or legal certification.
DueMATH does not claim that any product, calculator, offer, or result shown on this site is “Sharia-certified,” “Sharia-compliant,” “halal,” or “haram.” No calculator output, comparison, ranking, or AI-generated explanation on DueMATH makes or implies a religious permissibility determination. Where DueMATH describes a feature as “interest-aware” or “anti-usury-informed,” that description refers only to the product's design intent — surfacing and minimizing interest cost — and carries no representation about any product's compliance with Islamic finance principles, Fiqh al-Muamalat, or any other religious or legal framework.
Displaying, listing, linking to, or including a financial product, lender, or offer in a comparison, ranking, table, or advertisement on DueMATH does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of that product by DueMATH. Comparisons are generated from the numbers you enter and are ordered by objective criteria (such as total lifetime cost) disclosed on the relevant calculator page — not by a judgment that any listed product is suitable for you, ethically sound, or compliant with any anti-usury or religious standard.
DueMATH does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that any transaction, loan, refinancing, or financial product you evaluate using this site complies with anti-usury principles, Islamic finance principles, or any other ethical, religious, or legal standard. Whether a specific transaction is permissible under those standards depends on facts DueMATH does not and cannot evaluate (the underlying contract structure, the specific lender's terms, and applicable religious guidance) — that determination requires a qualified religious scholar (for Sharia/Fiqh al-Muamalat questions) and, separately, independent legal and financial advice. DueMATH is not a substitute for either.
This section is draft product copy. It must be reviewed by qualified legal counsel — and, for any claim relating to anti-usury or Islamic finance principles, by a qualified Islamic finance scholar (Fiqh al-Muamalat) — before it is relied upon in production. Until that review is complete and this notice is removed, treat the wording above as provisional.
No warranty
DueMATH is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any result is free of errors, current, or applicable to your specific situation. Tax law changes; a figure verified as current as of its “last verified” date may no longer be accurate by the time you read it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DueMATH and its operators are not liable for any decision made, or loss incurred, based on a calculator result. Confirm anything material with a licensed CPA, tax attorney, or the relevant government agency before acting on it.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
